Dr. Remer is the best. Great knowledge. Has a wonderful bedside manner. Hires professionals caring staff. Super clean. Most important how careful he is, precise and listens taking his time. Rude and unprofessional, never received a callback from office manager.. Receptionist Sandra was very rude! A patient told me about this doctor Remer and was never able to get in with him. 0 stars!
Dr. said he was "afraid" to take me as a new patient because I take so much pain medicine. What in world of medicine is he in the practice of PAIN MANAGEMENT for if he can't help me with the same medicine I've been on for over three (3) years, with NO INCREASE? Does having cancer and a horribly bad back not qualify? If you are in REAL PAIN, I'd stay away from this place.
The girl at the front desk, Shirley, is extremely rude and cruel. I have never seen anything like it!
