We were never walked through the loan process by anyone involved in our loan. Many of our documents had errors and we were told to 'sign them anyway' (they'd be fixed later). The loan processor sent several documents to the wrong email address which resulted in us losing the ability to electronically sign the documents. Had the displeasure of having Johanna Stubblefield NMLS:813858 as our officer. There were constant errors in our information that we had to change through the entire process, including messing up an email address that resulted in us not being able to electronically sign anything from their office. Along with that our realtor was told that we were asking too many questions about our info and that we were a pain to deal with. I was absolutely disgusted with the attitude of John Travis agent NMLS #199940. I would not use him as an agent. integrity is something that he is missing. If I had a choice this company would not receive a rating from me, but to post you have to click on a star.
