I just had to walk out with one nail unpolished and the other broken. The owner was screaming in her language at Evans another employee. I went back today while on vacation because a had a gel manicure on Monday that was not done well. My nails were splitting. I asked for the 2 nails to be fixed. I love this place have been coming here for years. Always clean and so many colors
The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I love they way my nails look and last! it's so clean and sanitary, and the pedicure chairs are awesome with the ability to massage me comfort me with the changing colored lights, but I especially like how the foot tubs are lined with plastic and thrown away after each client! I highly recommend American Nails and Spa
I have been a satisfied customer for months and I have had no issues.The place is clean and well kept.Sanitary and I have not had any fungus
I did a walk-in, got a gel manicure and a pedicure here for a wedding, and both looked great. The manicure and pedicure have both lasted, no chipping or anything. The staff is not overly talkative, but is v. attentive in terms of water temperature, etc. The space and equipment are very clean! There is a good variety of gel colors, and polish in general. Everything is neatly organized.
