John James cold called me regarding refinancing my mortgage. After I refused to give him some personal information on my current mortgage with another company, he became rude, insulting and belittling. I told him I didn’t appreciate how he was talking to me and that it was making me upset. His reply was it’s my fault that I’m upset because I control my own emotions. The conversation ended with me telling him to never call me again and he said “ I’ll call you tomorrow “. Then he hung up. STAY AWAY!!!!

I get constant calls from these criminals. The one that usually calls me isn't very smart and doesn't really speak well on the phone. He starts stammering and gets really angry if you ask him questions. He always asks for my wife, which is odd, given I'm not married. His spiel always starts the same. I'm getting ripped off on my property at 1700 Main Street. The only thing is, that address is a 6 story 150 unit apartment building, that I do not own. We did some work for American Mortgage Group once the work was completed they dropped off the face of the earth. They owe our company $2000.00 for work completed. No call backs, no return e-mails or any communication from said company. I believe they are a scam. Do not use this company. And if I were the BBB I would take them off your list.

I was called by a Mr. Jake ***** to do a refinance. I sent in all of my paperwork and never heard again from them. This is mighty poor business or it was a scam. I did not appreciate sending all of my personal info and then not hearing either yay or nay from them.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. My experience with these people has been horrendous. I would not recommend them to anyone.
