I had an appointment at 5pm. I'm a nurse practitioner and had just worked three night shifts in a row. I woke up around 4:30pm and immediately called the salon to tell them that I will be running late. They asked at what time will I be there. I stated 10-15 min late. I get to the salon at 5:20pm. The salon then calls me and tells me they can't take me anymore because "You said 10-15 min and it's now 5:20pm". They also charged me $50 for a "no call no show" even though I in fact did show and did have the courtesy to call them... read more
