My 75 yr old grandfather was unresponsive at after we finished meal at at restaurant. Was given Narcon even though told them doesn't use. Knew he wasn't responsive but took time looking for parking spot in lot. Also told nurses they gave him a shot of narcan and he became responsive, a lie. Horrible experience made even worse. Thankfully I was there whole time.
Today I called an ambulance for the first time in my life and I am so very fortunate that Jeffrey, Jack and Jen were the ones who responded to the call. I do not even have words that would express how professionally they handled a difficult situation. Their kindness and empathy made a tough situation bearable. I commend these three young professionals for their hard work and dedication. AMR should Be proud of them!

Horrible most horrible experience ever
AMR billed $1,166.45 for an ambulance being called regarding someone who was deceased. No medical treatment provided. They didn't even transport them, and their billing department states this is their standard fee just for being called?!? Help make this make sense.
