My 75 yr old grandfather was unresponsive after we finished meal at at restaurant. He was given Narcan even though told them doesn't use. They knew he wasn't responsive, but took their time looking for parking spot in lot as im trying to get them to get inside asap. They also told nurses they gave him a shot of narcan and he became responsive, a lie. Horrible experience made even worse. Thankfully I was there whole time... They were called in response to a welfare call…. When I was told to call them for an updated status by 911, they were callous and rude. We have not been able to contact my mother at all in at least 24 hours…. In response to that I was told “ that is not my problem.” My mother is disabled, legally blind and was hospitalized a week and a half ago if that…. I just wanted to hear my mother was safe and that is the response given…. Absolutely heartless and cold. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves.

I called for an ambulance on the direct orders of my doctor. I was taking a prescribed medication that I had been on for years, when it turned out my Kidneys weren’t working due to CKD and I was experiencing a BP crisis. I could barely walk, had no balance and the driver was kind and supportive. However, the one riding in the back with me was Horrible to me, kept barking orders to me, I was terrified of this guy, BP went even Higher bc of him.
