Absolutely the worst- billed over $5,000 for a transport from the airport to downtown Intermountain health. I called them and asked for a breakdown of cost and how they can charge over $500/mile just in mileage and was not given any explanation except that I owed the balance. They also did not have a crew because the life flight crew stayed with us but they billed as if they had a full crew. Horrible company and horrible customer service. Horrible company! If I could give negative stars I would. Their communication was nonexistent when it came to billing. Speaking of which, we got a surprise billing. We paid in full (over 2k) so we could get the discount. They STILL sent us to collections! When I called, they said the discount hadn't been applied to our account and it would talk TWO WEEKS for them to do so and get the account back from collections............. Which I (not their company) has to call back in two weeks to check....... Should I ever have to use ... read more
