One of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with when it came to billing. We have fought for 6 months as they refuse to acknowledge the state level expansion of the No Surprises Act. Know your rights folks. And today after finally settling with them they are still sending incorrect bills. Just a bunch of liars and cheats.
I actually give this company no stars! Called ambulance for my mother, who was having severe chest pains and shortness of breath. When they arrived, the male had a rude attitude, not compassionate, had no caring at all for my mom. The female was a notch slightly better, but not by much. Questioning her while she was in much pain, they stood there looking at her, and it appeared as though they didn’t know what to do. Friday around 10:15 your company responded to a fire. That was my house and my kids were living there. Your crew was so unprofessional and inconsiderate to my kids. The ones who responded I am ashamed of you for treating my kids like you did. Those of you that acted that way do not deserve to wear that uniform. Where was your compassion? Wow! You don't care about your patients like you don't care about what they have to say. What about the clothes your company stole from me. I spoke to an ambulance driver in severe county and your company was unprofessional and disrespectful. He said if he done what your company did to me he would had lost his job.
