Unprofessional and rude behavior.
Once I was at the ER the tech kept giving the hospital incorrect information about me and what was going on with me. Their misinformation affected the treatment I received in the hospital. I had to correct every nurse and DR. I came in contact with. I will never use this service again.
I would give negative stars if I could. I have had to use this service twice in the last few years and both times they did not run my insurance information and sent me to collections. When I called in to find out why the bill was sent to my credit report even though I never received anything in the mail (which made my perfect credit score drop 100 pts), they said they have collection agencies for a reason. One of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with when it came to billing. We have fought for 6 months as they refuse to acknowledge the state level expansion of the No Surprises Act. Know your rights folks. And today after finally settling with them they are still sending incorrect bills. Just a bunch of liars and cheats.
I actually give this company no stars! Called ambulance for my mother, who was having severe chest pains and shortness of breath. When they arrived, the male had a rude attitude, not compassionate, had no caring at all for my mom. The female was a notch slightly better, but not by much. Questioning her while she was in much pain, they stood there looking at her, and it appeared as though they didn’t know what to do.
