When this service was ordered by the hospital, the trip distance was 0.3 miles...yes, less than 1 mile...not even realizing my insurance didn’t cover the service. When I signed the paperwork, I was completely medicated and not in the right state of mind. Our bill, $944.72. Absolutely unbelievable and totally ridiculous.
