RecommendedWe purchased a new mattress set over the Labor Day weekend. It arrived 2 weeks ago. The delivery went so smoothly. We had no problems saying goodbye to “Lumpy” as they hauled our old mattress away. We replaced two bedding sets and are very satisfied with Long's Mattress Greenfield! We stopped by the store and talked with Chris three times before we decided to purchase. Previously, we had been misguided twice by other stores so we had several concerns to be resolved. He was very patient with us. We tried out various styles and after watching our reclining styles & listening to us, Chris was able to guide us in selecting the correct mattress. Now we enjoy restful nights & ache-free mornings. Purchased a Presidential West Baden. Spent over 3000k. Mattress had to be made from scratch with a few weeks wait. That seemed reasonable. We finally recieved mattress. It feels nothing like what he tried in store. Back is killing him it's way too firm. We only have had it barely a month. Now since its Covid their policy is no Mattress Comfort Exchange Program. So this is what you get...NOTHING. Disappointed is putting it mild. Never again! Probably end up giving it away. Never ever will buy from them again. I just feel bad ... read more

We are sorry that you are having trouble with your mattress. All Bowles mattresses (including the West Baden Springs Hotel Series) start off firmer. This is due to the fact that they use higher quality foam that lasts longer. There is a breaking in period that lasts between 30-60 days before the mattress will feel more like the mattress on our storeroom floor. According to our records, you have had the mattress for approximately 3 weeks. One of our staff will reach out to you directly and try and help however we can.
