American Lock & Key was great in re-keying my condo. I called them and they were very responsive, offered several appointments, showed up on time, and were very knowledgeable and communicative. The locksmith obviously knew what he was talking about and what he was doing. 10/10 would recommend again,

We've had fantastic experiences with American Lock & Key and would confidently recommend them to anyone. The Technician came to replace our locks on short notice (Saturday appointment after reaching out just a few days prior) and was prompt, professional, and reasonably priced.

Saturday night at 8 pm I put out an SOS for quotes on Yelp and American Lock & Key responded immediately with the lowest quote. Not only the technician quickly arrive at my house, he had the tools to make me a set of keys. Thanks so much American Lock & Key! I highly recommend using this locksmith to anyone.

We misplaced the mailbox key for my work and we needed to get into our lockbox urgently for a package that we needed for a job we were doing and American Lock & Key were able to schedule us in within 24 hours. The service was definitely quick and we were able to get all copies of the mailbox key on site. The new lock looks almost exactly like the previous one we had and we were able to test that all keys worked perfectly fine.

We arrived at using American Lock and Key after spending way too much money on another company that was not only unreliable but did shoddy work. These guys were personable and competent. They not only fixed the problems that they were asked to remedy but tweaked others that needed attention. They took their time and were very professional. They obviously have pride in their work. We would highly recommend American Lock and Key.

I had a great first experience at American Lock n Key last week. I needed to get a couple of keys copied, looked for the closest place to my work, and ended up at their location. I was assisted by a very helpful tech, and I was impressed with how customer service oriented he was. The experience was quick, friendly, and conversational. Highly recommended.

I had a broken lock and they came out to see if they could fix it. Showed up promptly as scheduled, but the lock was beyond repair. Showed me exactly what was broken and gave solid advice on where to go from here. American Lock n Key will be my first call for any locksmith needs from now on.

Great experience having American lock and keys out to fix my front door lock. He was on time, professional, treated me with respect and fixed the lock quickly. They made suggestions when I inquired about other locks that I wanted to replace/repair and I never felt pressured.
