Update: Wanted to add photos to show how my 4 year old driveway looks, and the patio is even worse. This builder is utter garbage. When they fill the dirt around the foundation, they just dump old clumps of dirt back in, barely compact it and wonder why 90+% of their homes have sinking around their homes... they have no clue how to build a home in CO which is a shame because i really wanted to love this house
