They were prompt in responding to my call. They spent no more than 30 minutes here to detect the leak, which they said was under my bathroom floor and that visit cost me $350. After they left, I had a plumber come out to tear up the bathroom floor + slab to repair the pipe they had detected was the problem. It turns out there were no pipes in that area. American Leak Detection refunded me my $350, but I was left with a very expensive floor repair that didn't even address the leak.

Very unprofessional. Gave me a call time around 8-9 but didn’t show up around 11 .. please be aware of your set a time they come when they want too .
