So happy with the work and the owner, Larry''s knowledge of horticulture, however the customer service skills in his office is very unprofessional! They do not care about your business!Very rude over phone every time I have called (Nicole [?] and another woman possibly the co-owner)! They act like you are inconveniencing them and there is no thought for customer retention! Very rude and unprofessional! They didn't show up finally got a call at 730pm and the owner was so rude.she said do you want us to do this or what. Their tech Brian left a marker in the yard saying it was chemically treated when it wasn't. When I called made it very clear that I needed someone asap because raccoons were tearing up my yard, they came out I was told he was going to treat the yard with grub killer he left a paper in the door and a marker in the yard but did nothing.
