Food was good. Too cold in restaurant. Waitress was great.
Something has changed in the last few months. The food was horrible. Very disappointed, used to love it there. Talked to friends and they have experienced the same. Is it under new management or something?

We are very sorry to hear you had such an experience with us, we have been transitioning into a new menu but that by no means is meant as an excuse. We hold ourselves to a much higher standard than the experience you describe, we will be looking to find how we allowed such an experience to happen and will take steps to ensure that it does not happen again.
