Office did not advise field agent of all service needed, was only aware of partial work. Field agent showed up after scheduled time, but did stay later to counteract the work.

Thank you for your feed back, when we take in a call we do try to write everything down the customer tells us, and at the end we put check system to make sure no stone unturned. And yes some calls run over time and as we stayed late for you we also do for the others, which puts us behind at times. We strive not to, but it is not always unavoidable.

I would definitely recommend this company to others, and will be using their services again shortly for additional updates on the irrigation system at my home. I called and set up a time for a service call and Steve called prior to the appointment to confirm and showed up not only on time but early. He took the time to inspect the system and not only fix the issues that we had but to explain everything that was done and what may need to be done in the future as well as tips on maintaining the system.

Excellent Company to work with. Steve arrived on time and immediately went to work. The job was done quickly and performed a quick look at the rest of the sprinkle system, which found other small issues. Steve knows what he is doing and is very honest about it. I highly recommend them.
