Paid $90 for the visit and nothing was fixed. I was told we will call you when we find the timer you requested. I call the manager and he was not aware he was suppost to call me back!!The person they send to fix the problem had very little experience with Rainbird timers he told me he was more familiar with Orbit. I found the timer my self and did the installantion. I dont find this company to be good at all

Replaced power cord, suggested a new model timer. Customer wanted the one like he had hanging on the wall. Gave him our "cons" about that particular timer. Called him and left 2 messages to give price for the timer that he wanted.
PROFESSIONAL..GOOD COMMUNICATION...WILL CONTINUE CHOOSING THEM FOR FUTURE IRRIGATION NEEDS.........THEY 'GET THE JOB'!
