This place is unacceptably dirty — booked her thru an airline, and the room literally was filthy and unsafe with bugs, dirty sheets, and incredibly loud noises. Stayed for 40 mins before leaving. And they refused to give me my money back.
If you don't want to get sick, don't come.
If I could give this place a negative rating I would! The first three rooms were a mess mouse droppings, dirty bedding, rooms look like no ever cleaned them, looks nothing like the pictures, customer services SUCKS! After I complained about the first 3 rooms and asked for a refund front desk tells me the better rooms are on the fourth floor so I agreed to take a look. **Editing to add that I called corporate to file a complaint against said employee. Please be careful if you choose to stay here. Most of the people were kind, but as always, watch your back, and step in for others if you think they need help. We gotta have each other's backs. The man at the check-in desk was very rude to a very nice woman. He even cat called her and insinuated they slip into one of the rooms. I stepped up at that point.
