Hello, I would like to know when I will receive the refund for a stay I had about three months ago; the money was supposed to be returned automatically.I call and they tell me they don't speak Spanish, and I wonder if there was someone who spoke Spanish on the day of the reservation. Unique place and location at a great price. Best value. Conveniently located about a 10 minute walk to Little Tokyo and the Metro station. Historic building. Cool neighborhood. Be aware of which streets you're walking on as you adventure out, but otherwise you're good. Everyone was really nice - Masuma in the evening, as well as the man in the morning.
