From the very beginning Dave and the staff at American Homes have been great! Also a shout out to Andy in finance for answering my many questions about the mortgage process. I closed on 5/31 and getting my new home on 6/12 (due to the flooding and work schedule). They have been great, the whole process from applying with 21st Mortgage to getting accepted and going through the closing process was incredibly easy. They are the place to go if your looking for the best prices on a great home in the state!
They have been wonderful. From Tony our sales rep to the owner Matt and driver Dub who came to our site to let us know what we need to do in order to get our new home here! They have been patient and understanding with us as life has caused a couple hiccups in the process! Highly recommend American homes! Absolutely do not recommend this place for anyone. All they do is give you run around and complain about their jobs. My husband and I were told to go straight to a bank they us and get pre approved and then all they did was complain about us doing it. Then when it came time to turn in paperwork that was needed for the loan lady said she would do it that night if we gave the $1000 earnest money. Well gave her till 1 pm that next day still hadn't been sent in. Most of the people that work there look like crackheads. Time to cl... read more
