I have been here for only a couple of months and have been reaching out to get someone here for a horrible ant infestation. I’ve done several Maintaince requests but AMH, continuously cancel them without notification or a reason. In our lease agreement it states infestations are their responsibility and routine pest control is mine. Carpenter ants are taking over my two story home and AMH has yet to address it. I sure hope i can change this review. We have a move in date of Friday. We have yet to be able to look inside this home. Why? Because the codes they give us dont work. We have to be out on Friday. I called and spoke to Roxi & she guaranteed me we would have access today. Jasmine has zero cares to give. I would think after pay $5,200 to move in a home someone would go by and make sure their Tennants can get in the home.
