I have a Devilbliss 5 liter oxygen concentrator. Had it in Waco Texas. When I moved to California I tried to return the device. Was told that there is an office in SanDiego and my account would be transferred there. I enquired about servicing the filter’s and was informed by the delivery man that these concentrators don’t need service which is a lie! Have had it about 2 years now and would like to start using it again. You need to send someone out to clean the filters otherwise it will get tossed when I die
