This review is based off of my experience, dealing with Tracy specifically and the receptionist( not sure her name). These Women have a very condescending tone when it's not needed. My Dad is elderly and has not had one good experience with this place. He does not deserve to be spoken to in a snarky, condescending way when simply trying to get answers.
