Although the staff in this particular office are polite and helpful, the office itself feels like a neglected building where they push you into a tiny office to educate you with zero privacy from customers in the lobby. The billing process is the worst system. We've been billed for supplies that were never delivered. Getting a hold of someone for assistance is almost impossible.
