My doctor referred me for a fitting for a new type of mask. I had previously used one about nine years ago but stopped because I couldn’t tolerate it. During my previous fitting, they actually had me try the mask on to make sure it was comfortable and sealed properly, so I expected a similar process this time. This was a home visit. The technician thar arrived was very courteous and knowledgeable. Explained the issues and made recommendations to resolve them. Quickly remedied them and got me all set up.

Worst customer service I've experienced with any company in a very long time. I called the local number in Austin with one immediate and urgent CPAP equipment need. I was switched to someone in Florida who told me I should call the local number, which of course I had already done. Called that number again and was put on hold for about 20 minutes. When someone finally answered I asked if I was speaking to the local office and was told I was not. Switched to someone else. I had to interrupt her packaged spiel and take control ... read more
