Easy to work with
Worst customer service I've experienced with any company in a very long time. I called the local number in Austin with one immediate and urgent CPAP equipment need. I was switched to someone in Florida who told me I should call the local number, which of course I had already done. Called that number again and was put on hold for about 20 minutes. Angela was very senseless asking absurd question and refusing to support customer. She dont even have basic manner of lisenting to what customer is trying to say. For peeople who are reading this take your business some where else who know how to behave. Angela,we have goverment laws and insurance laws just follow that and do your job, You are not any better than anybody.
The telemarketers for this company call me 10 to 20 times daily. I am 67 years old and its like torture!! Stop! Leave me alone I do not want your services.
