Mine brakes down a lot. I end up not using it cause I’m tired of calling or going down there. Now, if I take off mask to less than 10 seconds, it turns off. I’m finding my mask off my face when i wake up and pretty sure i must stop breathing for a time and it turns off, so it must be suffocating me. Every night i found a way to get it to work so it’s not stuck on 4.0. Im 11 to 13. Got to make sure when adjusting-it i don’t take it off long. Very frustrating !

Went by the Newark, Delaware office today on Interchange Blvd completely exhausted, tired and desperate to end my suffering of no sleep for days though I had a C Pap my sinus infection went off the rails, so I went in unannounced and was met by Dawn Frey who was so gracious and helpful, she went over and above to provide me some answers on getting a full face mask and the help I so greatly needed. The American Home Patient staff members are very conscientious, kind, and helpful. They took extra time to make sure I had the right mask— We changed from nose only to nose and mouth, and all is going well. I have two phone apps, and my hours of sleeping with the mask on are counted, and I am told the next day how I did. This is very helpful.
Michele was absolutely amazing! Very patient and quite the patient educator throughout the journey off showing me the steps of how to utilize the CPAP mask and associated equipment. Five stars and absolutely awesome experience. Thank you Michele!!
