I wish someone would sue Sam already! A slum lord can’t even get a callback or an answer regarding broken items in the apartment that needs fixing. He said he’ll show up the next day and would call back haven’t heard or been able to reach him since. I’m ready to report them to the state for these horrible conditions if they don’t replace him
