Had an OUTRAGEOUS experience with a 'phone screener' named Kayla Scott. The pitch/quality/ timbre of the voice suggested an individual under the age of 30. Had an appointment scheduled for 1:00pm and called the listed phone number at 115pm after failing to receive a phone call. The Kayla character apologized, stating that she had had a busy morning. Nurse Noopy was a true blessing during my mom’s hospice care. She was compassionate, patient, and treated my mom with such dignity and kindness. Her calming presence made a difficult time a little easier for our family. We are so grateful for her care and support.

When asked to move to parking space reserved for Mutual 70 , parking spaces reserved for people living in 1261 he proceeded to scream at me.
