We had our house listed with Elizabeth Lockmiller and she did close to nothing to help us sell our house. She never answered my phone calls, never returned my phone calls, and on the off chance that she did answer she always seemed to not remember who I was. The house was listed with American Dream Realty for 6 months and the only time someone called, or was interested in talking to us, from the office was when the contract was over. I would definitely not recommend to work with Elizabeth Lockmiller.
Elizabeth is so experienced, knowledgeable and creative in her approach to real estate. She worked miracles to get me in my new home and sell my old one. She is always responsive to the needs of her clients. She and her team are so pleasant to work with. I highly recommend American Dream Realty.
Elizabeth and John are amazing people, they go out of their way to put you in a home. Love these guys.

Elizabeth and her entire staff are amazing. We found ourselves in a bad situation with some investment properties due to the fact we lived so far away. They went above and beyond to help us out. It is extremely rare these days to receive the type of customer service we were given with American Dream. If I ever have another real estate transaction anywhere they do business I will use them and highly recommend anyone in the Farmington area wanting to buy or sell. Do yourself a favor and call American Dream!
