The first time we went there the store clerk seemed so proud of his family business and showed us the quality work they will do on the requested job. After sending a person out to inspect the window they sent us an estimate. As I went in to pay for the restauration, he told me they use lead based paint and got defensive/evasive about questions I had. He told me he is so busy with other jobs and my request is not worth his time. Worst customer service ever! If I could, I would leave them -1 star!
