The first time we went there the store clerk seemed so proud of his family business and showed us the quality work they will do on the requested job. After sending a person out to inspect the window they sent us an estimate. As I went in to pay for the restauration, he told me they use lead based paint and got defensive/evasive about questions I had. He told me he is so busy with other jobs and my request is not worth his time. Worst customer service ever! If I could, I would leave them -1 star!
Ameican Heritage Window Rebuilder re did my windows to perfection. I thought it couldn't be done. They follow through on all of their committments to me and even worked around my schedule to make it happen. My winter has been a lot warmer and less expensive since I had the work done and the windows looks great. Love, love, love these guys.
OH MY GOSH! I am soo glad I found these guys. I had horrible old wooden windows, but they have historic characture. These guys made them work better than new. They added storm windows, wooden of course and now my house if beautiful, quiet and warm. I'm having them work on my doors next. My neighbors are getting theirs done also. Thanks, Thanks.
I had a 60+ yr-old home with the original windows that I thought couldn't be saved. American Heritage Window Rebuilders proved me wrong. They did a great job and come in under the estimate. The newly rebuilt windows have made a huge difference in my utility bills and they look great. Couldn't recommend these folks more highly. Not sure what happened with Andrew, but I'm happy with the whole experience.
As a repeat customer, we have been very pleased with our windows over the years. Their customer service is very personal and the attention to detail on their work is what sets these expert craftsmen apart from the bulk suppliers. Our storm windows have made a tremendous difference on our heating bill and are beautiful as well. I would highly recommend this local family company.
