My carpets were not cleaned properly the first time under the previous owner. The new owner is a genuine gentleman and found out I was unhappy. He made things right and sent the guys back out to redo my carpets and they look GREAT!!!!! Awesome customer service!!!! Thank you!!!
My elderly mom called the company out of a newspaper. Needless to say I was skeptical. Christien and Cortez arrived on time, was dressed professionally, reviewed the areas to be cleaned and was truthful in telling that 2 red mystery stains most likely won't come out. They did a wonderful job!! The carpet looks fabulous. They should have taken before /after photos because her carpet was hideous. Of course I took several cards and brochures. I will be using them for my home in the future. Plus the smell is pleasant.
