My first experience with American Heating & Cooling. Immediately after/during (Monday morning) Storm LINUS, i I woke up to 55 degrees inside temperature. NOT COOL !! My VERY-FIRST assistance request resulted in Service-Person in my driveway within two hours. Result : SYSTEM TOTALLY UP AND RUNNING after replacing ONLY the ONE defective part. As a retired Quality System Representative, I would not consent to a FIVE-STAR rating if I did not feel it had been EARNED.
Thank you for installing my hot water heater, I have never seen such hard workers. They made sure the job was done right & everything was cleaned up & the water was turned on & everything was working correctly. I love your company & I will call you again if I have a problem.
