From the moment you call the office to when the technicians come out to your home it’s like we are all family - professional amazing manners. I highly recommend this company. Katie and Rex were the technicians. I just wish more technicians were as polite and professional as they are…..😀 Thank you again -I can sleep now at night, knowing that everything was done right 🏠

Katey Mertens came to my home on 11/01/23 to check my furnace before having to replace my furnace in April of 2025. She was very professional, polite and very efficient. I asked a lot of questions and she made sure to explain everything to me for my understanding. She came back 6 months later to change my filter and check the new furnace per warranty. She was very polite and I would recommend American Heating and air conditioning for your heating and cooling costs. Thanks again for your great work Katey

When our furnace had issues, they had a tech out to the house in a few days, and we had a new furnace installed about a week later. They do quality work, and they followed up later to make sure everything was working well. I would highly recommend them.

These guys are great! I worked with this company professionally before becoming a customer and they do not disappoint. The technicians are knowledgeable and the owner is very much service oriented. Would recommend without reservation 10/10
