Their customer service is top-tier. We decided to upgrade our furnace and AC this spring. Unfortunately, the same week we were scheduled for installation we found out our foundation needed major repairs. American Heating was so kind and understanding when we called to explain that we would need to reschedule with no timeline. Scheduled a PM on the business ac and the young lady did an outstanding job. We had masking tape over some ductwork and I didn't even realize until after she left that she had replaced our masking tape with the appropriate hvac tape. I didn't consider that part of the PM and i'm sure she didn't either, but that little extra she did showed that she had great work ethic and outstanding customer service.
