Scheduled a PM on the business ac and the young lady did an outstanding job. We had masking tape over some ductwork and I didn't even realize until after she left that she had replaced our masking tape with the appropriate hvac tape. I didn't consider that part of the PM and i'm sure she didn't either, but that little extra she did showed that she had great work ethic and outstanding customer service. Fixed furnace. Showed up at least. But took my control board that wasn’t broke. I’d have liked to keep that. They offered to give it back but who knows what “stress” it’s been in in their work van. Couldn’t re sell it now if I wanted to. And who knows if it would work if I needed it in a pinch because who knows what’s happened to it from the time it left my house. Jason and his crew are unbelievable. They come out 2x a year to service furnace and a/c. They noticed an issue with water heater. Within a few days the new one was installed. Matt and Josh were tremendous and also Katie the service tech. Highly recommend!!
