I took a CPR certification course through them and they sent me to a 3rd party instructor that was just a small room with an ipad for zoom call. After completion, they explained there was some sort of mixup and that the people I took the class with at the location they provided were somehow not associated with them and that I needed to take the course with red cross still. The HOA has shown it has no regard for the members of the community as well as the environment. Taking away services we pay for monthly instead of finding better solutions. Half the time when they do lawn maintenance they damage property. The HOA fee is not worth the “services” they provide. Very unprofessional individuals in charge as well.

The HOA contact people are completely unprofessional. Instead of handling an incident correctly, they keep emailing me and arguing with me. They are also removing all of our recycling dumpsters because they have failed to handle the problem of incorrect recycling. We are being penalized and our HOA cost isn’t getting lowered, regardless of the service we are losing.
