It’s completely irresponsible for an organization (American Heart Association) which claims “to help people understand the importances of healthy lifestyle choices” to release such a poorly researched and wildly misleading report. Replace healthy saturated fats like grass fed butter/beef and coconut oil with inflammatory corn and soy oil when we know inflammation is the cause of cardiovascular disease????? You've lost all credibility as an association.
