They do not actually care about heart health. They are against proven smoking cessation and have terrible to no nutrition advice. This organization panders to the highest bidder and fear mongers to get its way and is an enemy to public health

With their funding coming from tobacco sales, it makes sense why they'd attack vaping. What a shame.

they are misinforming people about the health benefits of switching to vapor products, because they are being funded by big tobacco. big tobacco is one of the biggest killers on the world and without them the American heart association would have no money to help people fix the problems smoking cigarettes causes. https://www.eurekalert.org/pub_releases/…/uod-vlh111519.php…

This place tried to lead people away from making choices that could improve their heart health, to protect their funding and the profits of the businesses that fund them. This is anything but a public health advocacy group!

This organization has been helpful to me in educating me how to lead a healthy lifestyle for me and my family so we don't fall back into the trap that took the life of my parents and almost took the life of my wife, my brother and myself. I recently had an Angiogram that showed that my Arteries in my heart are still clear since August 2012 and it's October 2019 so I guess I'm doing it right. Thank you American Heart Association for showing me the right way to live.
