I’m so glad I chose you for my MRI !! It was easy to schedule a day & time that worked for me and I didn’t have to wait to get in. Everyone is warm, friendly and efficient, from scheduling and pre-procedure guidelines, to the admin staff at reception, to the very kind and skilled technician. The facility is spotlessly clean, and my appointment was right on schedule, maybe even early. I highly recommend American Health Imaging-Lawrenceville location.
Unimpressed. My doctor ordered a STAT CT, however I didn’t receive a call to schedule it until 6 hours later. Next day when the CT was done a requested disk took 2.5 hours to be ready. We will see how long it takes for my doctor to receive a report for this STAT CT. Would have insisted on going to Braselton Imaging where I have had much better service. At least the technician was nice at AHI.
Second time using them for a MRI. Very good customer service. They were efficient, quick, and friendly. Let me listen to whatever music I wanted during MRI, so always a plus.
