My fiancée had to come to this establishment to get an MRI. He has never had one before and was nervous. We got lost on the way to the appointment and called to ask for directions and to let them know we would be a little late. We sat down and started doing the paperwork when your receptionist screamed, "Sir are you almost finished your appointment was 5 minutes ago. They are waiting on you." Seriously? They need to change how they handle referrals. When you call to check the status of your referral, they say "don't call us, we'll call you" and it never happens. As it turns out they didn't receive all of the fax with the Doctors notes to get approval from the insurance company, so they just let it sit there instead of following up with the Doctors office (over a week)...meanwhile the patient is suffering and has to start making phone calls (again) to find out why she is still waiting!
