Superb. It's the only word that describes everything they do at American Harvest. Our small group was treated to one of the beat meals I have had in a decade. The beef short ribs melted off the bone. They could have been spread on toast, they were so thoroughly prepared. The mussels appetizers were a succulent start to the meal with a broth that took 3 loaves of bread to soak up.
