A last-minute decision to have dinner in Springfield landed me at American Harvest Eatery. What a delightful surprise! Their farm to table cuisine is wonderfully flavorful. I had the gnocchi with chickpeas, my partner had a special pasta dish. I'm not sure which one I liked better- both were absolutely delicious. Dessert (we shared) was an amazing chocolate creation similar to a pannacotta, served with cookies. Nice wine list and service that is attentive without hovering rounded out the experience. Highly recommended.
Went for lunch with my mom yesterday. I try to eat local when possible! Food was delicious. I like that the salad that came with the lunch special was not just drenched in salad dressing. Dessert was fantabulous as usual. Service was top notch as well! Been to AH 4-5 times now. It never disappoints!
The chef is a genius. I almost cried, it was that good.
