I have found that they are very willing to work with people. If you have an honest talk with them, they will be honest with you. I found this to be true today and will, most likely use them exclusively on my new journey in investing in silver. After my discussion AND purchasing another 10oz bar today, I feel comfortable dealing with them. They not only sold but also counseled me on options are available.
