Fantastic service. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had an unusual request and they were able to solve my problem. Highly recommended.
I had a great experience with American Glass & Mirror Co Inc. Nikki and Cory were absolutely amazing. I called and explained that I needed a specific piece of glass cut immediately, and they were able to help me the same day. They cut the glass to the exact size I needed and even sanded the edges so it was perfectly smooth. The final piece was flawless and exactly what I was looking for. Vinny and his team are total professionals. From the first phone call to job completion. You don't find service and expert craftsmanship like this anymore!
Emailed American Glass in Niagara Falls over the weekend to see if they would give us a quote on shower doors. The company listing stated they are closed on Saturday and Sunday so I didn’t expect to get a call until Monday. I received a text about a hour later that they would call when they open on Monday. Sure enough they called and came out Tuesday . Vinny was very nice and knowledgeable. Recommend a few different options. Was told 3-4 days for the quote. So far I will give them 5 stars.
We had our shower door installed today and the installer were very professionally young men. We are very pleased with American Glass and highly recommend them.
