I had a great experience with American Glass & Mirror Co Inc. Nikki and Cory were absolutely amazing. I called and explained that I needed a specific piece of glass cut immediately, and they were able to help me the same day. Emailed American Glass in Niagara Falls over the weekend to see if they would give us a quote on shower doors. The company listing stated they are closed on Saturday and Sunday so I didn’t expect to get a call until Monday. I received a text about a hour later that they would call when they open on Monday. Sure enough they called and came out Tuesday . Vinny was very nice and knowledgeable. Recommend a few different options. Was told 3-4 days for the quote. So far I will give them 5 stars.
We had our shower door installed today and the installer were very professionally young men. We are very pleased with American Glass and highly recommend them.
I made a custom enclosure for my pets and these guys took my enclosure and made a sliding window. My enclosure was in the same shape as when I left it and to be honest it came out better than I could have imagined. Vinnie the owner and Jaime in the front were awesome. I will be coming here for all my glass needs in the future.
