I was given an early appt the following day, the tecnician was on time, honest, and did an excellent job.
Great experience. They were very responsive and was able to quick get on location and resolve my issue. Very happy customer.
More work than expected so additional fee charged from quote, but seeing damage it was OK.

I got a call from them less than a minute after I put in my request. Jim answered all of my questions and recommended some options for me. They came out the next day to look at my current garage opener to see if it was worth fixing or install a new one. I had a new one installed and so far I'm happy with it. My only complaint is that the light bulb that was put in the new opener went out a few hours after it was installed and I had to put in a new one.
A job well done and quick.
He showed up when promised, and gave me an honest review of my garage door. Did not try to pressure any adjustments that were not needed.
Jim was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was the only contractor willing to go to the house to give me an estimate prior to being contracted for the work. Work was done timely, professionally and with incredibly reasonable prices. American Garage Door is now my garage door contractor of choice!
