They came out when they said they would and fixed the problem quickly.

Jim was able to fix the broken spring on the garage door the same day I submitted my request. He was professional and courteous. He saw the rollers were original to the door and recommended replacement and took care of that in the same visit. The door is quieter than when it was brand new.
This company was able to get the job down the soonest. Their prices were a bit higher than it's competitors but as I said they were able to get out the soonest. Also, the problem ended up being more than just a gear. The capacitor was shot also. By the time the job was done I spent $173.00. I should have just got a new opener.
