I have had nothing but stellar customer service from ******** and ****** at the ********************* American Freight location. No long wait for help and they go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your purchases. I bought a refrigerator about a week ago and returned 3/19/2022 to buy a new washer and dryer with the extended warranty. These two ladies are an asset to your company. I wish other companies had as good customer service.Loyal customer *******************

Dont do business here! This place uses deceptive advertising in ads they place on the ******* Bing, and others to falsely claim they are ***** Outlet - Now American Freight. I even called to see if they were a ***** store and they said yes they are a ***** outlet. I drive over 20 minutes to get there but the sign on the building says American Freight. I went inside and asked several times if they are affiliated with ***** but finally they admitted theyre formerly a ***** outlet. Its basically like a dent and ding, and used a... read more

I really want -0 stars! I purchased the pink dresser set from this company and drove an hour to pick it up AFTER receiving an email it was ready for pickup all to get there and the store was closed within business hours with stickers from fed ex on freight delivery missed dated days prior! I called cooperate whom then told me that location was INDEED suppose to be open! I explained to her what was in front of me and also there were 6 ppl wanting to go in. Please don't buy any furniture from American Freight..one hole where I was suppose to set a peg to hold furniture up was huge..never receive this price the said I was suppose to..had to count my furniture ope to retrieve my cell phone..because the left big pockets open that anything slips right through and the only way is to cut the covering..complaint asked for my warranty info..got hung up on..leave them alone

I was going to purchase a dryer online and have it delivered. I went for the financing. Please watch it with this financing!!! I clicked on the dryer, clicked on financing and got approved. At the end you sign an online contract and that is where I stopped so the order was not processed. A retail installment contract has a down payment of $50. I purchased a King size mattress in October 2021. In November 2021, I reported to ******* at store 248 that we have experienced dips in the mattress. I also provided pictures of the dips in the mattress. She advised us to give her some time and she would send the information to the warranty company. After a months time we did not hear from *******, so we contacted her and she again stated that she would follow up with the warranty company and will contact us. Shady store with ignorant employees! I had a layaway I paid over half on over $700 dollars and I had a hard time during the pandemic and they cancelled my layaway and said I can not have my money back and hung on me. I bought alot of stuff over the years. Went down hill once they starting selling appliances, looks like it is a new owner of the business since then

We walked in with a budget for a queen size bed, after meeting **** and having him show us all of the options we purchased a king size bed with all the trimmings still within our budget. Amazing sales person very honest and pleasant. ***** added to the atmosphere and helped us pick out some affordable fixings. We will definitely be furnishing our entire apartment with American Freight. Thank you! *****************

I was told an item was in stock online, I ordered and my card was charged, then I immediately got an email saying the item was somehow no longer in stock. I called customer support and ostensibly they refunded my money, but they said it could take 5 days for my money to come back to my account... so well see if it ever shows up. Im pretty sure I just got scammed out of $1400. Buyer beware
