Great customer service and awesome prices. Got a huge comfortable sectional with full replacement warranty for cheap. Talk to Carlos and he will get you set up
The furniture is beautiful. Prices are decent, but the sales people misrepresent what your getting. Was told we were getting "The dining set on the floor as it was last one". My husband said alk 8 pieces? He was told yes. I asked everything out there is what we are getting, I was again told yes. Now they are saying that's not what they told us we got & we are screwed out a piece when we were told "my manager said that's the last set, you can take the for (the price)". That's what was said. I bought a whole bedroom set last September and the mattress is already sagging on one side and the bed frame is falling apart. It’s sad when you spend quite a bit of money and it’s falling apart when it’s less than a year old. I’m just disappointed. I will, next time, go else where, which will have to be soon since everything breaking!
Day 2 of waiting on my bed just to find out that i can’t get a refund for a bed that had ‘been on a truck’ that never made it to my house not even 20mins away from the store! Very poor customer service skills and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!
Had to wait two and a half weeks after paying for my furniture just for it to come in and then went to pick it up and it was in the wrong color! Wow.
I'm trying to figure out how you say same day delivery and I waited 2 days??? And what's the $85 for because y'all just dropped off the bed?? No assembling or nothing?? Never again will I buy anything from you guys��
