bought a couch in October and now in January its falling apart have a warranty on the couch and getting the run around about getting it replaced or fixed 😡😡
AVOID!!! We bought a beautiful sectional Nov 27 2019. On December 6, 2019, I realized the upholstery was coming apart. I called this location EVERY other day since the 6th of December. Every time, I’m put on hold for a manager who is with a customer. 45 minutes to 1 hour waiting on the line, the phone disconnects. I’ve gone on the main website page for this so called company. They have a great layaway plan and great sell prices. Even the Finance Company they work with is very reasonable
I came here when I needed my mattress to be replaced with short notice. So glad I did! Sasha was FANTASTIC! She walked me through all my options and helped me purchase what was a good fit for me. I’ll never buy a mattress somewhere else.
The day of delivery one recliner side would work. Found release cable missing. Now the other side has failed. Submitted a claim no response. Still waiting.
Great prices and selection. However needed some customer assistance as my brand new couch was nicked on one end I been waiting three weeks for a resolution Emailed twice from original reply from them and now have not heard back - should not take this long Also not happy with the furniture protection plan. Came in a box marked complimentary but paid $99 per couch and sofa. Then I have to put it on. No !
