This picture says it all.
Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication. Called about 2 weeks ago to get quoted. Not once in that period did any one reach out to even start the process. After a week I reached out and their excuse was they are very busy this time of year. Obviously. But if you can not simply get a customer quoted within a 5 day period from initial contacted call then you should re-evaluate your team and hire more people. Lost business here and I’m sure with other customers experiencing the same thing. Do not recommend.
Do not recommend! if you want someone who follows through on communication and business - this company is not it. Bob came to my place, and said he’d send a quote in a couple days. After a week, I followed up with him. I accepted the proposal and he never acknowledged it or anything. After weeks I reached out and still nothing. Literally lost business!
