Sometimes it is due to the fact the appointments are spaced out and patients do not keep track. For others coming to a check up appt. they think they will take care of it then. First time My experience was great.
The staff and Dr. Thomas were amazing. My teeth need quite a bit of work and they were very gracious and understanding. I did not feel embarrassed once. They made me very comfortable. I recommend them highly. I so appreciated their kindness and professionalism.

Recent visit Just love the staff and Dr. Bethany Thomas. She is the most knowledgeable and gentle dentist. All the assistants are great. They were in time and didn’t keep me waiting. The prices were spot on. Love the new decor in the waiting room.
