New Patient Process As a new patient I was pleased at how easy the whole process was. The front desk staff is so friendly and they got me checked in quickly. I am impressed in the way they actually take each patient away from the waiting room to discuss insurance/payment issues. I felt very respected. Dr. Thomas is very caring

Never a problem! This former dentist scaredy-cat doesn't mind going to this dentist office! They are all so nice and understanding. They always go our of their way to make me feel comfortable and I can't tell you how much that means!

Dr. Bethany, What a great post for your patients. I worked in the dental field and this info is critical to get out there. People do get busy and put things off that is human nature. Sometimes it is due to the fact the appointments are spaced out and patients do not keep track. For others coming to a check up appt. they think they will take care of it then. They don’t realize that some procedures take time and things sent out to be made. Crowns, dentures, Bridges etc. all need time for lab work, fitting etc. if you have a pr... read more
